The Role
The Lead Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual identity across various platforms and touchpoints. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around creating compelling designs for both digital and print materials, including promotional materials, packaging, and digital assets for email and social media campaigns. You will collaborate with marketing teams to understand objectives and translate insights into impactful visual solutions that resonate with our guests. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency and quality across all design projects while adhering to established guidelines. In addition to design, you will be involved in pre-production tasks such as preparing files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and technical feasibility. We are looking for a creative, strategy-driven and self-motivated individual with a strong design portfolio and experience with con.
