Lead Finance Coordinator
Location: Mahwah, NJ
Duration: 3 Months
Pay Rate: $25–$28/hour
We are seeking a Lead Finance Coordinator to support the Joint Replacement FP&A team as a key member of the Finance Reporting group. In this role, you will play a critical part in month-end close activities , budgeting , forecasting , and financial reporting , while contributing to the overall performance and decision-making of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and consolidate recurring management reporting packages for key stakeholders.
- Support the creation of monthly and quarterly business reviews .
- Manage the consolidation of CapEx and Non-GAAP submissions for projections and budgets; track monthly actuals.
- Consolidate and analyze cash flow reporting and commentary across actuals, projections, and budgets.
- Assist with the month-end close process , including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate and support the annual budget and quarterly forecasting cycles .
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and exercise sound judgment based on best practices and prior experience.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), finance operations, or accounting.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting .
- Experience with journal entries and account reconciliation .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as BPC , HFM , and Apollo is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.
