About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Designer to oversee the design, entitlement and development of new restaurant projects, from conceptual site layouts through final construction documents. This role will be responsible for creating distinctive and memorable guest experiences while ensuring operational functionality and efficiency. The Lead Designer will guide projects through design and construction, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and contractors and Zupas Owners representatives. Responsibilities include reviewing submittals and RFIs, maintaining design intent, and managing the architectural process through construction to successful completion.
