What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working on Water or Wastewater Treatment Plants – this is essential
• Strong background in formwork and structural concrete – gang forms, deck pours, walls, columns, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, follow layouts, and build to spec
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-first construction environment
• Team players with a solid work ethic and commitment to high-quality workmanship
