At Infinity Air Springs, we are looking for a Laboratory Technician to support our engineering team in testing new products and materials. This hands-on role is key in running lab tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate data recording.
What You’ll Do:
-Perform lab testing and maintain testing equipment.
-Prepare test samples and report test results.
-Clean and maintain the lab area and equipment daily.
-Use computers and lab equipment regularly.
-Work safely with PPE in environments that may include oil, grease, water, and dirt.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED.
-Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
-Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
-Experience with mechanical equipment or vehicle repair.
-Ability to read engineering drawings (preferred).
-Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
-Forklift/lift equipment certification (preferred).
-Strong desire to grow professionally within Infinity.
Physical Requirements:
-Lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs.
-Stand/walk throughout the shift.
-Climb into tight spaces and stoop/kneel as needed.
-Repetitive hand movements for tool handling.
Experience Required: Less than 1 year.
