SHIFT: Monday - Friday

We are looking for a IT Project Manager. The IT Project Manager will be part of an expanding information technology team responsible for delivering innovative solutions to support significant business growth in the dynamic automotive industry. This professional will manage complex, cross-functional IT projects across various business functions and application platforms. Success in this role requires regular interaction with senior leaders, technical and functional managers, and subject matter experts throughout the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage all phases of the solution delivery methodology: Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test, Deploy.
• Oversee project budgets and report financial status.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, objectives, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative, results-oriented manner.
• Allocate and manage project resources effectively with attention to cost control.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate transparently with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
• Conduct fact-finding sessions to evaluate current capabilities, identify root causes, and define solution requirements and alternatives.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices in project execution.
• Develop and execute customer communication plans to drive solution adoption.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with business needs.
• Manage change processes to support new technologies or procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 7 to 10 years of related experience.
• Proven project management experience with structured implementation methodologies.
• Experience managing projects with onshore/offshore teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strategic thinker capable of analyzing trends and identifying opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Self-driven professional with aptitude for learning new tools and concepts.
• Exposure to enterprise IT systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Salesforce.com, SuccessFactors, Qlik, and Business Objects is a plus.
• Effective relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
• Background in business analysis and project leadership within consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• PMI certification preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with PMO environments.
