A premier Am Law firm with global reach is seeking a highly skilled Investment Funds Associate Attorney for its award-winning Secondary practice in New York. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on GP-led continuation funds, LP portfolio sales, and structured secondary solutions

• Draft and negotiate fund documentation and transaction agreements

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of fund matters

• Conduct legal research and manage regulatory compliance aspects

• Monitor private equity market trends and contribute thought leadership

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in investment funds, private equity, or secondaries

• Strong familiarity with fund structuring and transactional law

• General corporate law background is a plus

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution with excellent academic credentials

• Admission to the New York Bar (or eligible to waive in)

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines
