OBI Creative Internship Program

Our Internship Program invites you to be at the forefront of this creativity, experiencing the behind-the-scenes magic of marketing in the agency setting. Together, we’ll shape the internship based on your distinctive areas of interest and where our team needs your expertise the most.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Innovative Ideation: Brainstorm with our team to inspire modern marketing concepts. Because the best campaigns all start with an idea.
• Compelling Content Crafting: Create content of all shapes and sizes. Discover your passion for storytelling through graphic design and copywriting.
• Social Media Strategy: Capture the attention of unique audiences with standout social content. From creation to implementation, you’ll be part of every detail.
• Data-Driven Discovery: Learn with us. Monitor and analyze client campaign metrics so we can optimize our work together.
• Client Connection: Engage with real clients, face to face, to transform their ideas into full-fledged marketing campaigns and top-notch deliverables.

Who’s going to be a good fit:

• A current junior or senior, undergraduate preferred, enthusiastically pursuing a degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• A creatively driven student with a heart for marketing who excels at staying ahead of industry trends.
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Feel confident working independently but still thrive in a collaborative setting.
• Familiarity with the inner workings of social media platforms and basic analytics.
• Someone who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

The anticipated start date for this position is May 2024. We’re looking for students who can work 20 – 30 hours per week. The initial review of applications will begin on March 1, 2024. Applications submitted after that date will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
