Our client specializes in affordable Medicare Health Plans. They work with several insurance companies to help you find a plan that fits customer needs. They help customers compare Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage & Part D Prescription Drug plans.
Job Summary
As an inside Insurance Sales, you will be responsible for selling Medicare products and programs to potential and existing customers over the phone or online. You will also educate and assist customers with their Medicare enrollment and eligibility and provide excellent customer service and support.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Contact and follow up with leads generated by marketing campaigns, referrals, or other sources
• Present and explain Medicare products and programs, such as Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, Prescription Drug Plans, and Specialty Products
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions based on their budget, preferences, and health status
• Assist customers with the Medicare enrollment process and answer any questions or concerns they may have
• Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Stay updated on the latest Medicare regulations, policies, and products
• Attend regular training sessions and meetings
• Call prospective as well as existing clients to review Medicare health insurance plans
• Represent leading insurance carriers with strong financial stability
• Provide client with best solution based upon immediate need and budgetary concerns
• Create an easy and enjoyable experience for all clients
Must haves
Schedule: 9-6 Mon-Thurs, 9-3:30 Friday. During AEP 9-7 M-F 9-3:30 Saturdays with some Sunday Requirements
Pay Rate: Base $20/hour with an aggressive compensation package including commissions, monthly/quarterly bonuses, and renewals available after 2 years of employment. Benefit package includes 401K with Company Match, Top Tier Health Insurance from BCBS, $200k of life insurance at no additional cost (employees can purchase more), PTO, and Holiday Pay.
