You Are Right For This Position If You

• Have 1+ years of experience working in influencer marketing and/or management
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, PR, Communications, or a related field
• Have a true passion for influencer marketing and get excited about the idea of finding the perfect partnerships and carrying them out from contract to post to payment
• Are able to write grammatically correct, professional, warm emails with a detail oriented eye
• Can easily maintain the influencer expectations and guidelines of multiple brands at a time and adhere to internal and external deadlines

• Don’t enjoy balancing multiple projects at one time
• Prefer a slow-paced side gig
• Can scroll through your feed without being inspired (aka you’re not constantly thinking of the perfect partnerships between your favorite influencers and brands)
• Are stressed or overwhelmed by change

Role Objective

Reporting to the Account Director, the Influencer Specialist at Media A La Carte curates lists of influencers that match the ask and ethos of our clients’ brands/social media accounts. With a deep understanding of each client/brand and their influencer expectations, the Influencer Specialist can manage outreach, contract execution, negotiation, tracking, and overall communication with ease.

Responsibilities

• Curate influencer lists matching client parameters for location, niche, budget, etc.
• Reach out to influencers and balance communication at various stages in the influencer funnel
• Create contracts and manage negotiation, signing, and payment
• Review content for creative brief alignment and give relevant feedback
• Track posting, repurposing rights, and overall success metrics of each partnership

Pay

This position starts at $25/hr based on experience
