TekPro is partnered with a renowned food and beverage processor in the U.S. in their search for skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians! The company is well-established, with 75+ years in business and a reputation for producing high-quality food products.

SUMMARY

You would be responsible for performing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, utilities, and facility systems. This role supports continuous production by quickly troubleshooting issues, implementing long-term solutions, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the repair and upkeep of the facility and its machinery.
• Perform preventative (PM) maintenance tasks on company equipment.
• Execute timely hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machine repairs per work orders.
• Perform routine maintenance around the building.
• Repair plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
• Work on electrical up to 480v
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMI
• Perform hazardous communication audits and address potential safety hazards.
• Practice and maintain efficient housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.
• 1-5+ years of related experience in packing machines/production machines with specific experience in the food industry or similar
• Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
• Compliance and understanding of safety rules and regulations by participating in annual training.
• Self-motivated and able to work well independently and in a team setting.
