Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key contact for employees and managers, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally.
• Provide guidance on company policies and employment laws to foster positive work relationships.
• Lead investigations into employee complaints and collaborate on resolutions.
• Partner with HR teams on employee leave management and recruitment support.
• Maintain accurate records of employee issues and prepare reports on trends.
• Promote a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of HR experience, focusing on employee relations and leave management.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and impartiality in challenging situations.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
