Here we provide Radiologic mobile services on-site to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and patient's homes with the goal of easing their current immobility.

Growing at a rapid pace, PDI Health (PD) is now looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our company at our HQ location in Brooklyn, NY.

Location: Onsite -  12 Spencer Street Fl.2, Brooklyn NY 11205

Responsibilities:

  • Source and hire X-Ray, Ultrasound, and ECHO technologists along with office personnel and higher-level positions such as sales reps and regional managers.
  • Optimizing Indeed campaigns.
  • Develop recruitment strategies meant to assist the company in meeting its long-term objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment resources, professional associations, or other organizations that can assist PDI in an effort to create a continuous pipeline of employment candidates.  
  • Establishes an ATS system, creates job description templates, and develops policies governing candidate screening, interview procedures, reference, and background screening as well as onboarding.  
  • Source and manage advertising partner relationships and utilize social and professional networking sites for the development of recruitment strategies   
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).  
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and searches).  
  • Research and choose job advertising options.  
  • Manage new hire scheduling from interviewing to start date.   
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.  
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.  

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
  • Knowledge and experience with up-to-date ATS 
  • Hospital, Healthcare Organization, Staffing/Agency, or corporate recruiting background is a must.
  • Outbound Sourcing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and p roficient in Microsoft Office
  • Associates Degree or higher
