PeopleGuru is a leading provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) software , dedicated to helping mid-market organizations manage their workforce more efficiently. Our innovative solutions empower HR teams with cutting-edge technology that enhances productivity and compliance.

We are looking for a Sales Representative who is eager to grow their career in tech sales. In this role, you will help mid-sized companies discover how PeopleGuru's HCM software can transform their HR operations. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, booking meetings, and moving opportunities forward.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses solve problems with modern technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 40–75 outbound calls per day to identify and qualify prospects.
• Book 12+ qualified meetings per month for the sales team.
• Use tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to research and connect with decision-makers.
• Build relationships with potential clients and ecosystem partners such as CPAs and insurance brokers.
• Learn to deliver high-level overviews of the PeopleGuru platform.
• Support the sales team in follow-ups, scheduling, and proposal development.
• Participate in client meetings and gradually take on more sales responsibilities as you grow.
• Track all outreach and sales activity accurately in HubSpot.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or HR-payroll related industries.
• Comfortable speaking to new people and building rapport quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated, competitive, and eager to learn.
• Organized and able to manage your time effectively.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.

Compensation Package:

Job Type – Full-Time (Hybrid)

Base Salary – $50-55k plus commission

Hybrid: Three days in office two remote
