About the Role:

Topspin is seeking a full-time  Graphic Production Artist  to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for translating design concepts into production-ready files with accuracy, efficiency, and brand precision. From packaging and display to digital and social content, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our creative comes to life flawlessly, on screen and on shelf.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize mechanical files for print, digital, packaging, and display materials.
• Work within existing designs and templates to create variations, adapt formats, and produce layouts across multiple channels.
• Review files for quality, consistency, accuracy, and compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines.
• Apply dielines, manage bleeds, crop marks, and prep files for printer or vendor handoff.
• Execute revisions and versioning requests quickly and precisely.
• Partner closely with designers, art directors, account managers, and vendors to maintain schedules and deliverables.
• Organize and archive working files and ensure consistent file naming and asset management.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a production artist, preferably in an agency or studio environment.
• Must have experience working with dielines for packaging, in-store displays, and point-of-sale materials.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of print production processes, color separation, packaging, and prepress requirements.
• Familiarity with digital formats, social media specs, and responsive design layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.

Bonus Skills:

• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or project management tools like Monday.com
• Retouching or color-correction expertise a plus
