Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Senior Graphic Designer. In this role, you’ll help our clients meet their business goals by elevating their visual communication.

Essential Functions

• Create compelling digital and print designs, including social media graphics, marketing materials, branding assets, and ad creatives.
• Develop layouts and visual elements that align with each client’s brand identity.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop visual concepts for campaigns, branding, social media, websites, videos, and print.
• Translate abstract ideas and marketing objectives into compelling, brand-aligned visuals.
• Develop lower-thirds, title cards, infographics, and branded motion elements for video projects
• Maintain organized working files and final assets for team use.
• Stay up to date on design trends, social media shifts, and new tools to keep client work fresh and relevant.
• Introduce new design techniques or technologies that enhance Media Advantage’s creative offerings.
• Build and manage visual asset libraries for recurring clients and campaigns.

Who You Are:

· A  visual storyteller with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design.

· Proficient in  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).

· Comfortable working on  multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of website design principles;  web development experience is a plus .

· A creative problem solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

· Excellent time-management and organizational skills required

· Strong written and verbal skills including the ability to demonstrate patience, tact, and enthusiasm while communicating with customers and team

· Intrinsically motivated and self-directed

· Maintain a positive attitude and be willing and able to work well with diverse people

· Basic working knowledge of personal computers and printers required

· Ability to follow-up and follow-through to ensure completion of challenging goals and objectives.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively towards team objectives.

· Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment

· Maintain a professional appearance

· Ability to promote a positive image of the company required

Working Conditions

· Position is full-time and involves in-office and on-site work

· All equipment and tools to be successful will be provided by the company

· Occasional overtime and after-hours work
