Location: Hybrid (Remote + Scheduled In-Person Days)

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $24 - $28/hour

About the Role

Sports Research Corp is seeking a creative, tech-savvy individual with a passion for storytelling, design, and emerging technologies to join our team as a Generative AI Creative Associate .

In this hybrid role, you’ll work with our Creative Media Director, marketing, and content teams to explore and apply generative AI tools to ideate, produce, and refine marketing content - especially for social media. This is a unique opportunity to blend creativity with innovation in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Use generative AI tools to create visual, text, and video content for marketing campaigns
• Edit and finalize content using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud or DaVinci Resolve
• Support social media efforts with creative, on-brand assets
• Stay current on trends in AI, content creation, and social media
• Organize and tag creative assets for reuse and future reference
• Participate in virtual and in-person creative brainstorms and content reviews

Preferred Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for AI, design, and content creation (prior AI experience not required)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or DaVinci Resolve
• Interest in generative AI platforms such as Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Kling, etc.
• Strong visual design instincts and a knack for compelling storytelling
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting

Nice to Have

• Personal or academic projects showcasing creative work in AI, video, design, or content
• Interest in digital marketing or innovation in media
• Familiarity with basic content calendars or video scripting
