I'm hiring on behalf of one of the most exciting early stage companies I've come across. A fast growing startup backed by leading investors and led by a world class technical and commercial founding team.

We're looking for a backend-leaning Fullstack Software Engineer to join a close-knit engineering group building intelligent software platforms used in highly technical industries.

What You’ll Work On:

• Designing and scaling backend systems that support data-rich, AI-driven applications.
• Building and maintaining data pipelines across structured and unstructured sources (images, text, signals, etc.).
• Deploying agent-based automation tools using large language model APIs.
• Collaborating with ML engineers to serve models and embed intelligence across both frontend and backend systems.
• Ensuring reliability, performance, and security of APIs and infrastructure.

What You Bring:

• Strong backend experience (Python required) and comfort with at least one systems language (e.g., C++, Go, Rust).
• Experience with cloud environments (especially AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of data workflows, pipelines, and tools like Airflow or Prefect.
• Strong system design and debugging skills, especially for high-performance, concurrent systems.

Bonus Skills:

• Background in engineering-heavy domains (e.g., hardware, systems, scientific computing).
• Experience at an early-stage startup or in fast-moving product environments.
