About the Role – Food Stylist:

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Food Stylist to join our creative team. In this hybrid role, you'll bring our culinary vision to life through the design and styling of buffets, trays of passed hors d’oeuvres, and other food displays at events. You’ll also contribute to our digital presence, supporting content creation for our website and social media platforms. If you have a strong visual eye, a love of food, and experience in both live event styling and digital content, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Buffet & Tray Styling: Design and style buffets and trays of passed hors d’oeuvres for a wide range of events, ensuring each display is visually stunning, cohesive with the event theme, and practical for service.
• Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with chefs and event planners to develop and execute elevated, on-brand food presentation concepts that enhance the guest experience.
• Event Execution: Be on-site for select events to oversee the setup and styling of food displays, making real-time adjustments to maintain high standards of visual appeal.
• Digital Content Creation: Assist with photo and video styling for our website, social media, and marketing materials—highlighting the artistry of our culinary offerings.
• Website & Social Media Support: Help update and enhance visual content on our website; assist in planning and creating engaging social media content that showcases our work.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with chefs, planners, and digital creatives to ensure seamless integration of visual concepts across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in food styling, event design, or a related visual/culinary field.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to style food beautifully and thoughtfully—especially for buffets and passed hors d’oeuvres.
• Background in catering, food photography, hospitality, or production styling is preferred.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva; familiarity with web platforms like WordPress or Squarespace is a plus.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and a passion for presentation and detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
• A deep appreciation for food, events, and the creative process that brings them to life.
