FSQA Manager
Location: Camden, NJ

My client is looking for an FSQA Manager to oversee, enforce, and elevate food safety and quality systems across multiple operations. What You’ll Be Doing
Tracking FSQ issues and implementing corrective and preventative actions
Managing product specs, labels, and supplier documentation
Scheduling audits and representing FSQ during supplier and facility evaluations
Conducting internal audits and training staff on GMP, HACCP, and quality protocols
Supporting mock recalls and collaborating on new product development initiatives
About You
Be able to do the job as described
SQF Certified Practitioner with HACCP certification
Experience with beef, pork, poultry, and lamb specs; deep knowledge of traceability systems
Comfortable working in a refrigerated, physically active environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong documentation and audit analysis skills
