EnerMech is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Planning Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. This role is key to supporting strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights, financial modeling, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models and reports to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on cost drivers and revenue performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills: experience with financial planning software (SAP, Hyperion, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
