Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Experienced Legal Executive Assistant for a prestigious law firm located in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

You will:

  • Manage calendars, emails, and phone calls.
  • Organize travel arrangements.
  • Maintain client files and contact lists.
  • Draft and proofread documents and correspondence.
  • Handle expense reports and credit card reconciliations.
  • Oversee client billing and collections.
  • Coordinate client engagement and conflicts processes.
  • Assist in business development initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years' experience as an administrative or executive assistant in a large law firm.
  • Experience assisting C-Suite executives or senior partners.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
