Job Description

Executive Assistant to Founder – Blockchain Company

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 2/3 Schedule)

Our client, a fast-growing blockchain company in San Francisco, is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support their Founder. This role focuses on providing high-level executive support, including complex calendar management, office coordination, business expense tracking, and domestic and international travel planning. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $100,000 base + $20,000 in company tokens

Responsibilities

  • Manage heavy calendaring, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones.
  • Handle backend filing, document organization, and ensure proper record-keeping of business transactions.
  • Oversee and process business expenses, reconcile receipts, and manage reimbursements.
  • Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, hotel accommodations, visas, and ground transportation.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing emails, calls, and requests to ensure efficient communication flow.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate an annual meeting, including scheduling, logistics, and event execution.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in an executive assistant role.
  • Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Start-up or technology experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other organizational tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
