We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and motivated Executive Assistant for a wonderful boutique celebrity talent management company to provide high-level support to the Founder/CEO in Los Angeles (Hollywood). This role provides hands-on experience in the fast-paced fashion and entertainment industries, with a focus on talent management across fashion, sports, news, and pop culture. The ideal candidate is based in Los Angeles, adaptable to a dynamic industry landscape, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed. Preferred start date would be in April 2025, (with flexibility for the right candidate).

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Mac OS and general computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in a talent agency, management company, or similar environment preferred
  • Highly organized, motivated, and knowledgeable about industry trends
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Adobe InDesign and Photoshop skills are a plus, but not required

Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct administrative and personal support to the CEO, family members, and key stakeholders
  • Manage executive and select clients’ daily calendars, scheduling calls and meetings
  • Oversee email correspondence, expense reporting, invoicing, and tracking payments for confirmed deals
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure contract deliverables are met
  • Conduct industry research to support client projects and career strategies
  • Participate in weekly touch-base meetings with clients and stakeholders
  • Handle office space management, including mail handling, supply replenishment, and event logistics
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks and personal errands as needed

Schedule :

  • Full-time, based in Los Angeles
  • Requires flexibility, including weekend work and non-standard business hours

Compensation :

  • $55-70K, depending on experience, with benefits
  • 401K/match after 1 year employment
