What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver engaging, inclusive ELA lessons tailored to a diverse range of learners
- Foster a positive, student-centered classroom environment that supports academic success and personal growth
- Set clear objectives and use meaningful assessments to track student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and families to support student achievement
- Embrace innovation and technology to enhance the learning experience
- Support school and district initiatives to promote equity and excellence
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Florida teaching certificate or eligible out-of-state certification in English Language Arts
