Job Description

Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to design, draft, and oversee the development, installation, and operation of electrical systems and controls. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficiency, functionality, and innovation of our components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop electrical specifications for new products.
  • Lead cost-reduction initiatives for existing systems while maintaining quality and performance.
  • Create and update AutoCAD electrical schematics and Bills of Materials.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Engineering, and Production teams to design and optimize refrigeration equipment.
  • Design electrical components, equipment, and systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
  • Develop detailed plans and documentation for manufacturing, installation, and system operation.
  • Create and implement control systems, instruments, and applications for solutions.
  • Design, build, and test prototypes to validate electrical functionality.
  • Interpret blueprints and layouts to determine electrical requirements.
  • Oversee manufacturing, construction, and installation to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Conduct testing, evaluation, and documentation of results, making adjustments as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate short- and long-term engineering projects.
  • Develop engineering policies and technical procedures aligned with project goals.
  • Approve process specifications and design standards.
  • Utilize computer-aided engineering and design software for various tasks.
  • Work with software and control applications, including writing algorithms, debugging, and documenting solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in the industry.
