Job Description
Base salary: $122,000-$150,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from intake through resolution
- Draft position statements and respond to agency information requests
- Represent clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and agencies
- Operate within a structured, tech-enabled workflow system
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of employment law experience
- Barred in good standing in the state of residence
- Familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges - both state and federal level preferred
- Frequently work with the EEOC
- Preferred states: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and Washington, DC
Role Structure:
- Full-time, remote position
- Reduced billable hour requirement (1,500 hours total annually)
- No travel or business development expectations
