Located in Providence, Rhode Island, Nuestro Mundo Public Charter School is a K-8 independent institution that focuses on Project-Based Learning (PBL) and bilingual education. This is a full-time, on-site role for Dual Language Teachers at Nuestro Mundo Public Charter School, located in Providence, RI. The Dual Language Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, teaching, and providing a bilingual education in both English and Spanish. Daily tasks include developing and implementing educational programs, communicating with students and parents, and assessing student progress. Additionally, the role involves using project-based learning to connect academic subjects with real-world issues.

• Experience in Lesson Planning and Educational program development
• Proficiency in Communication and ability to engage with students and parents effectively
• Strong Teaching and Training skills in a bilingual setting
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Ability to implement Project-Based Learning (PBL) methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Certification in bilingual education or related endorsement is a plus
• Commitment to educational principles of environmental sustainability and global awareness
