The Role:

The Director of Accounting & Finance will be a critical leader within the organization, overseeing both core accounting functions and finance operations. This is a blended role where you will own the month-end close process, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and serve as a trusted business partner to operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Drive the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and present financial models, business performance analysis, and key metrics to leadership.

• Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies.

• Partner closely with operations and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives and drive profitability.

• Continuously identify process improvement opportunities, with a focus on scalability and efficiency in a high-growth environment.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting and finance team.

• Play a pivotal role in special projects such as system implementations, acquisition integrations, and process automation.

What We're Looking For:

• Big 4 or Large Regional Public Accounting experience highly preferred.

• CPA required.

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.

• Manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus, but not required.

• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities.

• Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications:
