Job Description

Bedford Advertising, a leading automotive advertising agency, is hiring a Digital Content Specialist to join our Client Services team.

 

In this role, you’ll create compelling, results-driven content for dealership clients across the country. From optimized blog posts and landing pages to engaging social copy and marketing campaigns, your work will shape digital presence, boost brand visibility, and drive leads.

 

What You’ll Do

You’ll partner with the digital & art team members to deliver polished content that’s on-brand and on-target:

  • Write & Edit : Craft clear, engaging, SEO-optimized content for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Social Media Management : Draft and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for clients and agency brands.
  • Content Strategy Alignment : Support SEO initiatives by incorporating targeted keywords and search intent into copy.
  • Visual Support : Use tools like Canva or Adobe Express to design simple graphics for blog and social posts.
  • Trend Tracking: Monitor automotive, digital, and content trends to keep messaging fresh and relevant.
  • AI-Enhanced Writing : Leverage platforms like ChatGPT or Gemini to optimize for emerging AI-influenced search behavior.
  • Content Performance Monitoring: Track engagement and organic traffic performance with team support; assist with reporting and insights.

 

What You Bring to the Table

  • 1–3 years of professional writing experience, ideally in a marketing, agency, or content creation setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Strong command of grammar, storytelling, and voice for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Familiarity with SEO writing principles and digital content strategy
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar
  • Experience managing social media accounts and writing for multiple platforms
  • Ability to take direction, collaborate across departments, and meet deadlines consistently
  • Bonus: Experience in automotive, advertising, or dealership content

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, salaried position. Base salary range at $55,000 - $65,000 per year plus bonus.
