Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field
• 2-5 years' experience working in an Operations, Business Analysis, and/or Data Analyst role
• Financial Services Industry experience working with reference data preferred
• Experience working with analysis/reporting tools such as SQL, R, and OBIEE preferred
• Able to interact with vendors, clients and end users of the data

• Exhibited skills in problem identification and resolution
• Strong analysis skills resulting in the ability to respond to customer inquiries with accuracy
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Solid oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and project management skills to navigate through high volume setting with tight deadlines?
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff, management and other business partners
• Data analytics, data mining, reporting, operations research and data manipulation experience preferred
• Data Visualization knowledge and skills a plus
