Job Description: SOC Analyst

First onsite for 2 weeks & then Remote

We are looking for a motivated SOC Analyst to join our team in Snellville, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring cybersecurity professionals to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently close tickets in a timely manner
• Create and manage cases within ServiceNow
• Provide support for cybersecurity-related tasks and incidents
• Utilize Splunk queries and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to monitor and analyze security data

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Splunk Queries
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Ability to prioritize and resolve tickets quickly

Certifications:

• CYSA (Cybersecurity Analyst) or Security+ certification required
