Education : High school Degree required,
Shift Details : M-F, 2 late shifts (that is the requirement for bilingual agents). Hybrid position
General Description:
- Finding Provider(s)/Services for members
- Responsible for all benefits information given to Members and Providers.
- Responsible for assisting providers with eligibility, benefit, and resolution of claims issues.
- Answer billing/claims status questions; resolve claim issues for members.
