Job Title: Creative Production Assistant (Photoshoots & Content)

About the Role:
HydroJug is looking for a Creative Production Assistant to help bring our content shoots to life. This full-time, in-house role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts organized and creative. You’ll be in charge of everything that happens before and during our photoshoots — from finding locations and models to prepping clothes, props, and product. You’ll work closely with our photographer, videographer, and marketing team to execute on-brand, high-impact content that speaks to the HydroJug community.
What You’ll Do:
Scout and secure locations for lifestyle and product shoots
Source and book models that align with the HydroJug brand
Purchase and prep props, wardrobe, and accessories for shoots
Steam and organize clothing and product beforehand
Ensure HydroJug products are prepped, packed, and ready for content days
Collaborate with our creative team to help guide and execute the visual direction
Assist with model direction and overall shoot logistics on set
Problem-solve and keep things running smoothly throughout production

Experience in shoot coordination, production, or creative roles
Strong visual eye and attention to detail
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Great communicator and team player
Passion for health, wellness, and content creation is a bonus
