About the Role
We are looking for a bold, data-driven and imaginative Full-Funnel Creative Marketing Strategist & Producer to lead the development and execution of Nectar Life’s Trust Engine (organic strategy) and Paid Engine (ads strategy). You’ll be in charge of everything from idea to execution across all social media platforms—bringing our whimsical, high-quality products to life with thumb-stopping content.

Key Responsibilities
Trust Engine (Organic Content & Strategy)
Build and manage a full-funnel content strategy based on consumer personas and customer journey mapping.
Define content pillars, messaging matrix, and editorial calendar for all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
Write engaging captions that match platform nuances and brand tone.
Ideate and develop 12+ short-form videos per month.
Lead video scripting, production (with internal/external resources), editing, and publishing.
Source and direct hosts or voiceover artists for creative content.
Track engagement and continuously optimize content formats and messaging.
Paid Engine (Performance Ads Creative)
Collaborate with media buyers to understand performance metrics and iterate accordingly.
Produce 5 monthly high-quality “master” videos with multiple hook/CTA variations (up to 25 assets total/month).
Test content across different platforms to identify best-performing creatives.
Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries in performance-driven content.
Manage ad creative timelines, budget allocation, and testing frameworks.
Community Engagement
Design social challenges, giveaways, or surprise & delight campaigns to boost community engagement.
Monitor and respond to comments across platforms as needed (with support).
Collaborate with influencer and UGC team to amplify brand voice.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in content strategy and production, ideally in a DTC brand or agency setting.
Proven success building and scaling organic and paid social media strategies.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to shift tone per platform.
Hands-on experience directing or producing video content.
Deep understanding of social media trends, hooks, CTAs, and thumb-stopping moments.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into creative insights.
Experience managing freelancers or content creators.
Bonus Points
Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
Skills in video editing, Figma, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
Familiarity with AI tools for content production (like ChatGPT, Runway, Synthesia, etc.)
