We are actively seeking an Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the acquisition and oversight of residential loan purchases in accordance with our underwriting guidelines. This requires performing mortgage due diligence, while ensuring smooth coordination with our lending partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee third-party due diligence for retail purchases.
• Act as the primary contact for lenders, borrowers, & brokers, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Interface daily with lenders to initiate trades and retail originations.
• Coordinate various operational aspects of the loan buying & originating process, ensuring a seamless transition between seller, borrower, and other intermediaries.
• Collaborate closely with Credit and Asset Management teams to be a resource for partners with scenario and exception questions and post-purchase service. Assist in managing due diligence and production on credit opportunities & securitizations.
• Oversee pre-close review process, ensuring compliance and quality control.
• Excel in understanding the use of technology to facilitate smooth onboarding process.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
• Broad understanding of real estatemarkets an mortgages.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projectsefficiently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate progress, proposals, and timelines effectively to Senior Management.
• Ability to thrive under time constraints and in fast-paced environments.
