The ideal candidate is a highly creative and tech-savvy content designer to design the UX with words and language for CoreAI. The AI Platform organization builds the end-to-end AI stack including OpenAI, Machine Learning, AI Services, and the global AI infrastructure for running the largest AI workloads on the planet.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary design team in CoreAI Platform and Tools to develop seamless end-to-end user experiences in AI Foundry.
- Design and write content for in-product experiences that help customers achieve their goals
- Design experiences through the lens of language, leveraging expertise in user experience design, design thinking, and product strategy.
- Design, write, edit, and test clear, compelling in-product language that adhere to style guides and best practices.
- Understand, employ, and evangelize our content design principles, coherence guidelines, and content design evaluation tools.
- Identify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and innovations and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders
- Perform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriate.
- Work directly with design, engineering, PM, and developers to create and refine product features.
- Utilize research and data to extract user insights that inform design decisions.
- Follow design system patterns, brand voice principles, and style guides to ensure accessibility and usability.
- Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
- Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years’ experience product design experience with an emphasis on content.
- Proficient in Figma and Microsoft products.
- Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end
- Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile software development lifecycle
