Job Title: Content Designer / UX Writer / Content Strategist (1-Year FTC)

We’re looking for a seasoned Content Designer with a passion for user experience, clear communication, and emerging technologies. If you're a hybrid of UX Writer, Content Strategist, and Conversation Designer , this one’s for you.
About the Role
In this role, you'll partner with design, product, and engineering teams to craft intuitive, human-centered content across digital experiences. You’ll also help shape and refine the tone and language used in AI interactions, ensuring clarity, personality, and brand consistency.
What You'll Bring
Core Expertise:
- UX writing & content strategy for digital products
- Conversation design for AI or virtual assistants
- Sharp editing skills (tone, grammar, brand voice)
- QA experience for language and quality assurance
- Collaboration across product, design, and engineering
- Familiarity with design systems, IA, and tools like Figma
Experience:
- 5+ years in UX writing/content design roles
- Background in tech or AI-focused companies
- Hands-on experience creating and managing style guides, voice/tone docs, trust & safety content
- A strong freelance portfolio will also be considered
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with AI-generated content or conversational UIs
- Familiarity working with global/multilingual brands
- Journalism experience or a background in communication/design education
