What You'll Be Doing:

• Produce regular updates for internal audiences, keeping cross-functional teams informed on high-priority initiatives, changes, and wins.
• Design and standardize presentation materials for senior leaders, transforming input from various sources into cohesive, professional decks and templates.
• Develop and manage a communication schedule that ensures timely delivery of updates, key messages, and campaign support.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to draft messaging that highlights team achievements and supports strategic objectives.
• Coordinate content contributions and ensure consistent voice and tone across channels by drafting or refining talking points when needed.

What You Bring:

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill information into concise, engaging content.
• Visual storytelling abilities, particularly in creating clean, executive-level presentations.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing timelines and deliverables.
• Experience working with leadership and navigating cross-functional environments.
• A background in internal communications, marketing, or executive support is a plus.
