We are seeking a detail-oriented Concrete Estimator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing project plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, and assisting with bids for concrete-related construction projects. Key duties include reviewing blueprints, conducting material take-offs, sourcing supplier pricing, and collaborating with project managers to ensure cost-effective and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze construction drawings and project specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete work.
• Perform material take-offs and calculate labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate budgeting and pricing.
• Assist in preparing bid proposals and contracts.
• Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction estimating, specifically in concrete work.
• Strong understanding of concrete materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
