📍 Location: Las Vegas, NV
💰 Salary: $45,000 to $60,000 annually - Direct hire opportunity
🕘 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Your Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise and enhance billing and authorization operations
✔ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and billing protocols
✔ Collaborate with insurance providers to resolve claims and optimize reimbursements
✔ Lead audits and financial analyses to enhance performance
✔ Train and mentor staff on best practices in billing and coding
What We’re Looking For:
✅ CPC or RCC certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
✅ 3+ years’ experience in healthcare billing management
✅ Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 coding, and prior authorizations
✅ Ability to analyze financial reports and optimize workflows
✅ Experience with Medinformatix EHR (a plus)
