About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic, highly organized Celebrity Lifestyle Personal Assistant to join our team. This role is designed for someone who can be an effective liaison and develop new social connections. It also offers the the opportunity to travel, work closely with a high-profile individual, and manage their social lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Networking: Arrange introductions, plan social outings, organize private events, and proactively seek opportunities to help expand the celebrity’s network with engaging like-minded individuals.
Calendar Management : Maintain and coordinate a detailed calendar of events, appointments, and social engagements.
Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in organizing social gatherings, mixers, and private events. Curate a fun and vibrant social calendar. You will vet potential contacts and handle logistics to facilitate seamless interactions and ensure effective scheduling. Support the celebrity in public settings by ensuring interactions align with their social image.
Preferred Qualifications:
Lifestyle Management Experience: Background as a personal assistant, VIP hosting, or related lifestyle management roles is advantageous.
Exceptional People Skills: Possess a friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to quickly build genuine relationships. Being socially aware and inviting is paramount.
Professionalism: Demonstrating maturity, reliability, and integrity.
Compensation:
Competitive salary of $100,000 + bonuses. Additional benefits include travel perks, exclusive event access, and networking opportunities within elite circles.
Location & Travel:
Regular/ongoing international travel required to support the celebrity’s engagements and events.
