Business Systems Analyst – SAP S/4HANA
Full-Time | $55,000 – $80,000/year | Onsite, Monday–Friday (8am–5pm)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to partner with sales and operations teams in driving efficiency, improving processes, and enhancing the customer experience. In this role, you’ll apply your SAP S/4HANA expertise, problem-solving skills, and data-driven mindset to support innovation and business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze business needs and translate them into system improvements and product recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workflows impacted by technology
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and SAP tools
- Design and deliver SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud document management and automation projects
- Troubleshoot system and process-related issues for seamless operations
- Document processes, train users, and drive adoption of digital solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business/Systems/Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in software/app development, product consulting, or digital solution implementation
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Business Technology Platform
- 2+ years with Power BI or other visualization tools
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
