Are you a hands on and strategic BI and Analytics leadership professional, seeking an opportunity with impact and visibility? Our client is a fast-scaling, tech-driven e-commerce company is looking for a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to turn deep data assets into real business outcomes. From pricing strategy to forecasting to digital optimization, your work will directly shape how the business grows.

You’ll lead efforts across analytics, reporting, and data culture—collaborating with teams across finance, marketing, operations, and more. This role is equal parts hands-on technical work and high-level strategic thinking.

What you’ll do:

• Design and deliver high-impact reporting for pricing, forecasting, and digital optimization
• Mentor teams and shape the company’s data culture
• Translate business problems into scalable data solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and strategic value

Must-haves:

• Expert-level fluency in SQL and Tableau
• 6+ years in analytics with proven leadership experience
• Strong cross-functional communication and storytelling skills
• Experience with R or Python is a plus
• US citizen or permanent resident
