The position

As a BIM Manager , you’ll be at the forefront of driving BIM excellence across various MEP projects. You’ll collaborate with engineers and project managers to bring cutting-edge designs to life, all while managing Revit models, ensuring quality, and mentoring the production team.

What You’ll Do:

• Revit Mastery: Create and manage detailed models, troubleshoot visibility issues, and generate compelling 3D views.
• Graphics & Data Wizardry: Manage Revit graphics, develop schedules, and ensure data accuracy across models.
• Leadership: Delegate tasks, provide technical guidance, and ensure top-notch deliverables.
• Innovate & Solve: Use tools like Navisworks and Revit to tackle complex design challenges.

Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on Revit experience in construction or engineering.
• Expertise in Navisworks and BIM 360.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• A proactive problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail.

• Clear communication skills (both technical and non-technical).
• Self-motivation and resourcefulness to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
