Successful State Farm Agent, located on the Northwest side of Chicago (60646) is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the full-time role of Bilingual Customer Service / Sales Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member (Spanish/English). Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right skill set. You must be fluent in both Spanish and English and you must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
