Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

Location (city, state): Loveland, CO

Industry: Manufacturing

Pay: $50,000 – $70,000

Hours: two late shifts per week (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM) and three standard shifts (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Addison Group has partnered with a growing manufacturing company seeking a bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join their on-site HR team. This facility operates 24/7 and supports a workforce of approximately 500 employees. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a background in manufacturing or construction to step into a well-rounded generalist role.

Job Description:

The HR Generalist will support core HR functions including employee relations, compliance, recruiting coordination, and payroll support. This person will work closely with two HR Coordinators and report directly to site HR leadership. The ideal candidate is bilingual, Excel-proficient, and comfortable working fully on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and partnering with leadership on personnel matters
  • Assist with recruiting processes: reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidates
  • Provide biweekly payroll support (training provided; Paycom system used)
  • Monitor HR compliance and maintain up-to-date employee records
  • Coordinate with third parties on workers' comp and LOA (Leave of Absence) cases
  • Generate and analyze HR reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • Participate in disciplinary discussions and investigations
  • Serve as an on-site resource for HR-related inquiries and support needs

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction environments
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and general workplace compliance
  • Exposure to employee relations practices
