We are hiring a full-time Assistant Medical Director/ Primary Care Physician for a PACE program Kentucky. This physician will collaborate with a team to help seniors stay safe, healthy and independent in their homes and communities.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm + 1:3/4 week call rotation (phone only)
