Located in downtown Chicago , this spot is known for its culinary culture rooted in working with local vendors and ingredients. Compensation: Base Salary $70,000 - $80,000 + 18% bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, future advancement opportunities, PTO and more!

Assistant General Manager kills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Restaurant Management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
• 2+ years of exposure to the back of the BOH systems
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensure exceptional guest and employee experiences
• Assist the General Manager with cost management, sales growth, and hiring/training staff
