Boutique hotel seeks an Assistant Director of Sales to drive group, corporate, and catering business through strategic sales and relationship building.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, ideally in boutique or lifestyle properties
- Proven success in group or corporate sales with strong San Diego market knowledge
- Proficient in CRM systems, CITY, Opera, and revenue tools
Responsibilities:
- Support and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals
- Source and secure new group and corporate business
- Lead client relationships, site inspections, and local networking
- Analyze market trends and collaborate on promotional campaigns
- Mentor junior sales team and support monthly reporting and forecasting
